DataKom has installed a cloud-based phone system for Curzon Wealth Management. The Bridgend-based business delivers personalised advice and support for a wide range of financial services.

High-level customer service is important to the finance company so its phone system needed to be fit for purpose.

Following a site review, DataKom engineers planned and installed the cloud-based telephone system, KloudPBX. Curzon Wealth Management is now able to benefit from many features, including call recording, caller display and the UCE mobile application.

This tool integrates with the phone system and allows users on the road to stay connected when on the road. Inbound calls are routed to both the office handset and mobile phone - resulting in no missed business opportunities.

Efficiency can be increased with unified communications - which is the concept of all telecom products working together seamlessly.
