DataKom welcome Cove Recruitment

DataKom has welcomed local business Cove Recruitment, following a cloud-based phone system installation. The company deliver a wide range of recruitment solutions for various industries across the UK.

As a new business, it was important to have effective communication between their employees and clients.

To improve efficiency, DataKom installed a central telephone system which could connect to additional business devices, enabling streamlined interactions and lower overall costs.

Cove Recruitment are now able to take advantage of unified communications. The UCE mobile application integrates with KloudPBX and allows staff to stay connected when out of the office. This ensures inbound calls are routed to both the office handset and mobile phone - resulting in no missed business opportunities.

This tool has the ability to establish if a person is online and available for a phone call. It is also possible to set personal status as ‘busy’ if unavailable where users are able to leave a message.
