DataKom welcomes local Bridgend business K2 Gym

DataKom has welcomed new client K2 Gym located in Bridgend, South Wales, completing a cloud-based phone system installation. The gym is an open plan space offering top of the range equipment and carries out over 50 classes per week including spinning, circuits, pilates and many more.

K2 Gym prides itself on exceptional customer service so providing a new phone system was an important consideration after experiencing issues with the previous telecom supplier.

A cloud phone system presents a variety of phone management features – K2 gym is now able to offer music on hold to customers waiting and programme the phone system to operate differently depending on day and time using day and night mode.

Previously our card machine used the phone line when processing transactions meaning customers trying to call at that time wouldn’t be able to get through. Now with a broadband connection, the phone line is free and extra handsets ensure no missed calls.
