DataKom welcomes new Operations Manager

After successful growth in 2017, DataKom have expanded the team, welcoming new Operations Manager Jenny Scourfield into the management team.

Jenny joins from an IT service based role - responsible for providing high quality customer service and managing, developing and training her team. Prior to this Jenny joined the graduate scheme within Tesco store management.

The operations role is extremely important to DataKom – and her focus on quality service and a team approach was a clear fit with the DataKom culture. Jenny will ensure the business is running a smooth efficient service and overseeing day to day operations. She will lead the team in these areas:

  • Ensuring high levels of customer service
  • Planning and controlling all change within the business
  • Recruitment, HR, Health and Safety policies
  • Managing, training and developing the team
  • General office management
