DataKom welcomes Perfect Vision following a cloud installation

DataKom has welcomed Perfect Vision based in Cardiff, South Wales, completing a cloud-based phone system installation.

The optician prides itself on exceptional customer service, so providing a new phone system was an important consideration after they experienced issues with the previous telecom supplier.

The company required modern, future-proof communications to improve daily operations and ensure no missed business. The optician recognised that business was being lost through unanswered calls during busy periods, and through not having voicemail activated outside of business hours.

Following a site review, DataKom engineers planned and installed the cloud-based telephone system, KloudPBX. Perfect Vision is now able to benefit from multiple phone management features, including day and night mode, voicemail to email and call diverts.
