icall suite to release version for cloud-based platforms

icall suite is expected to release a new version of software for cloud-based phone systems this year. The application update highlights security improvements, GDPR compliance and enhanced features.

icall suite is call management software that integrates with phone systems such as KloudPBX. Users are able to view call data, the status of other extensions and caller activity - in order to enhance their future communication processes.

This tool particularly assists businesses with a large number of inbound and outbound calls.

About the new update

The cloud-based version allows ongoing support and features including:

  • Enhanced design
  • Improvements to installation and configuration processes
  • GDPR compliance update
