Live demonstration of iCall Suite for KloudPBX
The powerful functionality of iCall Suite gives users complete visibility of call traffic for single or multiple sites, different individuals, departments or clients. Primary call statistics can be displayed on a wallboard or PC monitor.
The webinar will run for 30 minutes and provide users with the tools, knowledge and expertise of using iCall Suite and the benefits this can bring to a business.
The webinar will be hosted by Technical Director, Craig Jones. Attendees will be guided through the web-based portal and shown how to use the flexible features available such as:
- Monitor call traffic
- Identify peak times
- Create targeted reports
- Customise wallboards
