Project manager leaves DataKom after 11 years
DataKom’s Project Manager, Louisa Narbeth, is resigning after heading the projects department for the past decade.
Louisa joined the company when it began in 2007 and has been part of the projects team who are responsible for the planning of telecom services from the initial sale up to the installation. Louisa has scheduled many of our client’s landline, broadband and cloud services, from ordering equipment, booking engineers onto installations to notifying customers with project updates.
Following the departure, the operations department has been restructured. Laurie Atherton has recently been promoted to Project Manager and will oversee the projects team.
Louisa is moving on to start a new role within the construction industry:
“I’ve loved working for DataKom and seeing how the company has grown year on year. There has always been lots of development opportunities but my time has come to start a new journey outside of telecoms.
I have made friends for life and wish DataKom every success for the future.”
Managing Director, Jay Ball comments:
“I would like to thank Louisa for taking a chance on working with the company in the start-up phase of DataKom and becoming the first ever employee.
We have come a long way since 2007 and Louisa has done a fantastic job - especially assisting with the increase in customers over the years.
Louisa has always provided excellent customer service and ensured the smooth running of projects. I know many of customers will miss her as well as the DataKom team.
I would like to personally thank Louisa for all her support over the past 11 years. We are all sad to see Louisa go but I wish her the best of luck on the next chapter.”
