Two new members join DataKom team
After continued success, DataKom has expanded the team, welcoming two new members to the technical and finance department: Callum Prescott and Gavin Baker.
DataKom has seen a large increase in KloudPBX projects after announcing plans to become 100% cloud-based last year.
With the customer growth, it is important to DataKom to ensure their operations and customer service are fully efficient.
Gavin joins from an administrative background, responsible for providing high-quality customer service, finance tasks and logistic duties within his roles.
Gavin has taken on the role of finance assistant and will be supporting the finance department in the following areas:
- Assisting with customer billing administration
- First point of contact for finance customer queries
- Assisting the Financial Director with creating financial reports
The company prides itself on quick response times and excellent customer service so another member of the support desk was an important consideration. Callum will be assisting the technical team and responsible for the below duties:
- 1st line of support as part of the customer help desk
- Resolving customer support queries and issues
- Planning, managing and prioritising projects for field engineers
